Birthday parties at lower hewletts furry friends

An exclusive private visit to our farm which includes: 

• Up to 8 children 
• Up to 8 adults 
• 1 hour private tour with our animals
• 1 hour for food for the children in either our flower field or our open shed
• We provide tea and coffee making facilities for the adults. 
• We also provide children with some alpaca fleece to take away or you can put in any party bags you may be giving out on the day. 

Option 1: For food you would provide your own picnic to be eaten either in the flower field or our open shed. You would also need to bring picnic blankets with you.  

Option 1:

Children under 5: £160 

Children over 5: £180

Option 2 : For food in our flower field we can provide a packed picnic for the children to include an assortment of sandwiches, savoury snacks, crisps, birthday cupcakes and homemade cookies. Drinks won’t be provided as part of the picnic but squash will be available to fill any bottles before heading to the flower field. All you would need to bring is your picnic blankets. We would need to know food choices along with any dietary requirements 1 week in advance of your booking. 

Option 2: £225

Option 3: Birthday tea would be served in our open shed with food choices as in option 1 plus a homemade birthday cake complete with candles. Squash and paper cups will be provided. 

Option 3: £245

We can accommodate extra children  if needed but there would be an additional charge for this, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.  Any extra adults are welcome but would be charged at full price.  

Please note we do have a limit on the number of cars able to park so a maximum of 5 cars per party. ( if this presents a problem please contact us).

A deposit of £25 to be paid upfront which is non refundable if cancelled within 2 weeks of your booking and the balance due 2 days prior to your party.
